Long-time Harlem Community Leader
William Allen is a longstanding community contributor in the Harlem, NY community. Currently serving as the National Crisis & Service Director for the National Action Network, under Rev. Dr Al Sharpton, William continues to lead efforts to ensure communities of color, across the US have effective crisis response systems needed to address civil rights violations. William Allen has also served as the Democratic District Leader for the 70 Assembly District - Harlem USA, for many years. RICK PILGRIM
OWNER, CEO, LABEL CREATOR
Our exceptional client, Rick Pilgrim is the owner of KDN Management LLC, a Construction Management Firm located in Richmond, VA. As the Construction Management Company for the Richmond, VA Black History Museum and Cultural Center, Rick Pilgrim has exhibited excellence in preserving African-American History and Culture. The BHM is one of many Professional Construction projects by KDN. With an extensive Resume of projects. Rick has a level of expertise afforded only to those at the very top of their craft. Rick is also an Owner of Record Label Pilgrim Records, highlighting new artists in the DMV area. Rick Pilgrim has made efforts to support and restore humanity to those in the community with his home for individuals with drug and alcohol addictions and those from incarcerated environments, Pilgrim's Passage. Pilgrim's Passage attempts to lead a path to wellness for those who have lost their way. Pilgrim's Passage is navigating a way back for youth and adults in the community.

NATHANIEL "NATE" HENRY JR.
Community Professional, Contributor, Fundraiser and Youth Specialist
Community contributor Nathaniel Henry Jr., is a 1984 graduate of North Carolina Central University. A retired Criminal Justice Professional, Mr. Henry served his entire career in the Washington Metropolitan and DMV Areas. N Henry Jr. is currently a member of the Eagle Athletic Foundation, which raises monetary resources on a yearly basis in support of the North Carolina University Football Team and Alumni. In addition he serves on the Board of the Henry C. Lattimore Scholarship Foundation and as Vice President for the Richmond- Petersburg NCCU Alumni Chapter.
As a community volunteer, Mr. Henry is privileged to serve as a tutor/ mentor for the Youth Life Foundation of Richmond. My passion is working with youth in various capacities. In addition, to working with and assisting the Kimble's Kourt Foundation based in the Richmond-Petersburg area in establishing the organization in and around neighboring communities.
Mr. N Henry Jr. also serves as Youth Basketball and Flag Football Coach at the Shady Grove YMCA in Glen Allen, Virginia.

MICHELLE CADORE
Community Entrepreneur - NYC
Michelle Cadore is the Designer, CEO, and visionary behind YES I AM, Inc, which she established in 2016. A true renaissance woman, Michelle is also the Co-Owner and Managing Partner of a unique fashion boutique in the heart of DUMBO called DA SPOT NYC that houses 25+ independent minority owned fashion and creative brands. When Michelle is not grinding 24/7, she is spending time with family, traveling abroad and helping other small businesses.
